By accessing or using TablyGo ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

TablyGo is an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows users to upload spreadsheets (CSV, Excel) and receive automated insights, visualizations, and analysis reports.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

  • Limited to 3 analyses per day
  • Basic features available

4.2 Pro Subscription

  • $29/month or $290/year (2 months free)
  • Unlimited analyses
  • API access
  • Priority support

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits

6. Data and Privacy

  • We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You retain ownership of your uploaded data
  • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models

7. Limitation of Liability

TablyGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on analysis results
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
