TablyGo offers a free tier with limited features. We encourage users to try the free tier before subscribing to evaluate if the service meets their needs.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • No refunds for partial months
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the service significantly
  • After 14 days, no refunds but you can cancel to prevent renewal

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We may provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Service outage exceeding 24 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing use of core features

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees after the refund period
  • Usage-based charges
  • Third-party fees
